1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Kigongoni Gazella Hotel website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once a confirmation email is sent and the required deposit is received.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), and cash payments at the reception.
  • Taxes: All room rates are inclusive of applicable government taxes and levies unless stated otherwise.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM (14:00) onwards. Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Check-out: Check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested in advance and may be subject to extra fees.
  • Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon check-in for security purposes.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours to 7 days of the arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged the full amount of the booking.

5. Hotel Rules and Regulations

  • Smoking: All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises unless specially requested and approved by management in advance.
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property by themselves or their visitors. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for such damages before departure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kigongoni Gazella Hotel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, or for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to use the safes provided in their rooms.
